Report to Every Social Procurement Framework | Catchment
Reporting

One dataset. Many frameworks.

State policies, Green Star and client schedules map to the same obligations - entered once, reported everywhere.

One dataset, reported to every social procurement framework.

Most projects report to more than one social procurement framework at a time. A Victorian project might carry the Victorian Social Procurement Framework, the Local Jobs First Policy, the Building Equality Policy and Green Star credits on the same contract. Catchment maps each obligation once to every framework that counts it.

How it works.

Mapped once

Each obligation maps to the frameworks it reports under.

No double entry

The same hour or dollar reports into every framework that counts it.

Framework updates handled

When a framework changes, the mapping updates centrally.

In the product

The mapping, maintained.

Six frameworks, one dataset - definitions aligned centrally, not per project.

Why it matters.

A single project can report the same hour or dollar to a state policy, a Green Star credit and a client schedule, each with its own definitions. Re-entering it for each is where errors come from. Catchment maps each obligation once to every framework it reports under, so data entered once is reported everywhere it counts, and framework changes update centrally. Victorian Social Procurement Framework compliance, NSW Procurement Policy Framework reporting and Queensland Procurement Policy commitments all draw on the same records.

Common questions.

Which frameworks are supported?

State social procurement policies, Green Star and client schedules.

What happens when a framework changes?

The mapping updates centrally, not project by project.

Is data entered more than once?

No. The same record reports into every framework that counts it.

What is a social procurement framework?

A government or client policy that sets the social outcomes a contract must deliver, such as jobs for disadvantaged groups or spend with social enterprises, and how those outcomes are measured and reported.
