Terra Verde: Sustainable Construction for a Better Built Environment joins Catchment

Terra Verde brings a distinctive perspective to construction - placing environmental sustainability and social responsibility at the centre of every project rather than treating them as afterthoughts or compliance requirements.

In a sector that accounts for a significant share of Australia's carbon emissions and resource consumption, builders who take sustainability seriously are increasingly valued by clients, communities, and the contractors who work alongside them. Terra Verde has built its identity around being genuinely different in this regard.

The company's approach to procurement naturally aligns with the principles of social procurement - favouring suppliers and subcontractors who share their values, and measuring success not just by programme and budget, but by the impact each project has on the people and places involved.

Terra Verde leverages Catchment to manage social procurement compliance and workforce reporting across their project portfolio - bringing the same rigour to their social impact measurement that they apply to their environmental performance.
