Goodman is one of the world’s leading industrial property groups - developing, owning and managing logistics facilities, data centres and business parks across Australia and globally.

Goodman is one of the world's leading integrated property groups, specialising in the development, ownership, and management of industrial and logistics facilities, data centres, and business parks across Australia and globally.

As e-commerce, supply chain resilience, and digital infrastructure have become defining themes of the modern economy, Goodman has positioned itself at the centre of them all. Their Australian portfolio includes some of the country's most strategically located logistics and industrial precincts - assets that underpin the movement of goods and data for major retailers, technology companies, and third-party logistics providers.

One of Goodman's most significant current Australian projects is SYD001 - a 90 MW data centre under construction in Artarmon, northern Sydney. Set on 1.4 hectares and designed for modular deployment, the seven-storey facility will deliver 61 MW of critical IT power to support accelerating demand for AI and cloud services. The first 12.2 MW phase is due for service in Q2 2028. The project is expected to generate around 700 construction jobs and sits within Goodman's global development pipeline of approximately AUD $18 billion - of which data centres now account for more than 70 per cent.

The company is using Catchment to help with supply chain reporting, workforce compliance, and social procurement tracking across their Australian development program - ensuring every project meets its obligations and delivers measurable community benefit alongside commercial returns.
