Reporting software built for impact.
A cloud-based platform for measuring, managing and reporting social impact, local content and environmental performance on construction projects. Reports build themselves from certified site data, so there is less admin and more time for impact.

Every project carries obligations. Different targets. Different evidence. Different deadlines.
Reporting fails in the gaps between spreadsheets, inboxes and site diaries. Catchment closes them. One supply chain. One evidence store. One reporting engine.
Every labour hour. Every workforce attribute. Tracked at the source.
Social procurement and local content in one module. Profile targets once. Requirements push down to trade partners, suppliers and consultants, and certified data consolidates back up. No manual reconciliation.
Explore SocialPro →Scope 1, 2 and 3. From site to supply chain.
Emissions, waste, water and materials captured at project level and consolidated into compliance-ready reports. No manual aggregation.
Explore EnviroTrack →Every requirement. On record.
Policies, licences and documents structured across the supply chain, each linked to its obligation. Automated reporting keeps records current.
Explore GovAssure →Set up once. Collect from everywhere. Report with confidence.
Set up once
Load projects, packages and obligations. Map targets to the frameworks you report against.
Collect from everywhere
Site teams and suppliers submit hours, spend, emissions and evidence from any device, as the work happens.
Report with confidence
Reports build themselves from source data. Every figure traces to a document that survives audit.
Less time producing the report. More confidence in what it says.
Teams move from chasing spreadsheets at month end to a live record they can defend at any point in delivery. Three things change first.
Nothing lands as a surprise
Shortfalls surface while there is still time to act on them, not in the review pack.
- Earlier visibility of a gap against target
- Fewer findings and late corrections at review
Month end stops being a scramble
Every obligation has a named owner and every package submits into the same system, so the report assembles itself.
- One submission path for the whole supply chain
- Numbers management can sign without re-checking
The record carries forward
Evidence is captured as the work happens, so the trail from tender to handover already exists when the next bid opens.
- Audit-ready trail on every figure
- A defensible record from one project to the next
From Government Clients to Trade Partners.
A reporting system only works if everyone in the chain actually uses it. Each user type gets the view, and the obligations, that belong to them.
Portfolio-wide visibility
Contract targets roll up across every project and agency, with the evidence sitting behind each figure.
Catchment for Government Clients→Commitments you can evidence
ESG and social procurement commitments are tracked as they are met, so board and investor reporting holds up.
Catchment for Private Clients→One system for the whole job
Targets, evidence and monthly reports in one place, so the submission is built as the work happens.
Catchment for General Contractors→Free, with training and support
Requirements arrive pre-structured. Submit from any device, to every builder you work with, from one account.
Catchment for Trade Partners→Report once, not once per builder
Spend and social enterprise data is captured at the source and shared with every contractor who needs it.
Catchment for Suppliers→Every client from one seat
Run reporting across multiple clients and projects without rebuilding a spreadsheet for each engagement.
Catchment for Consultants→Real projects. Real accountability.

What does Catchment cover?+
Three modules. SocialPro covers social procurement and local content. EnviroTrack covers environmental performance, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, waste and water. GovAssure keeps governance records current. Obligations map to the frameworks you report against.
Which frameworks and contract requirements can it report against?+
State and federal social procurement policies, client-specific contract requirements, Green Star and IS credits, and internal ESG frameworks. Requirements are profiled into the platform once and reused across every project that owes them.
How long does setup take?+
Obligations are profiled once, then pushed down the supply chain. Most projects are collecting data within the first week.
Do trade partners need training, or a licence?+
No licence, and no cost to them. Requirements arrive pre-structured and submissions happen from any device. The support team onboards them and runs weekly training sessions, with live chat inside the app for anything that comes up.
How does it fit with the systems we already use?+
Data can be imported from payroll, accounting and site systems, and exported in the format each client asks for. Catchment is an Autodesk AECO Technology Partner, so reporting status can sit alongside the model.
Can our figures be audited?+
That is the point of the system. Every figure in every report traces to a source document. Timesheets, invoices and certificates are kept on record.
Where does our data live?+
In Australia, with role-based access controls. Security documentation is available for review during procurement.
We already run this on spreadsheets, and it works.+
It usually does, until the project gets audited, a package goes quiet, or the person who built the spreadsheet leaves. Catchment keeps the structure your team knows, but the chasing, consolidation and evidence-filing happen automatically. You keep the control; you lose the 40 hours a month of admin.
Our reporting coordinator has this under control.+
Catchment does not replace them. It removes the worst part of their job. Instead of chasing 30 packages by email, they review submissions that arrive structured, certified and evidenced. The coordinator becomes the reviewer, not the collector.
Built for complex projects
The higher the stakes, the earlier you need reporting under control.
Catchment runs on some of the most obligation-heavy projects in Australia, where the cost of a reporting failure is not measured in paperwork, but in withheld payments, lost tenders and client trust.
